Do I need to use protection during oral sex?

Yes.

Although the chance of getting or giving an STI/STD from oral sex are lower than with vaginal or anal sex it is still possible. These include chlamydia, gonorrhoea, HPV, herpes, hepatitis B and syphilis and there is a small risk of getting and giving HIV through oral sex too.

A condom can be used on a penis to protect you both from any risks. PLUS many condom brands have flavoured condoms to make using one when you go down south much more fun *wink*. A dental dam— which put simply, is a thin sheet of latex—can be used for oral sex on a vagina or anus.
