What should I avoid doing while being treated for an STI?
If you have been diagnosed with an STI, it's safest not to have sex until the infection has cleared up as you may still be able to pass it on whilst you are having treatment. If you do choose to still have sex then you should avoid oral sex and make sure that you use a condom.
