I just found out that I’m pregnant. What should I do?

Answer

If you took a pregnancy test, either at home or in a clinic, and it came back positive, you have a decision to make. These can be broken down into three:

1 – Abortion.
2 – Adoption.
3 – Parent.

The decision of what to do when faced with an unplanned pregnancy is often really hard to make, especially for a teenager. It can be helpful to talk to somebody about it – the person you had sex with, a trusted friend, a family member or a healthcare professional.

But in the end, you are the one who needs to make this decision for yourself. No one should keep or abort a pregnancy based solely other people’s opinion. It’s your body!
